Full lease consist of Triple C Farm maintains ownership of the horse but the leaser has full use to ride, groom, and enjoy. Triple C Farm is not responsible for all general health maintenance of the horse, including farrier, immunizations, and worming. The leaser needs to supply their own tack, grooming supplies and anything else desired. The leaser will also be responsible for any vet or farrier bills caused by injuries due to negligence on the leasers part.

1/2 Lease consist of Triple C Farm maintains ownership of the horse but the leaser has full use of the horse for 4 days of the week. The horse may still be used in lessons, trial rides and shows by Triple C Farm.
